Greehan, Taves, & Pandak, PLLC, founded in 2006, serves as legal consultants and litigation counsel. While most of our work is in the fields of zoning and land use, personnel, public safety, real estate tax assessment and environmental law, we have the ability in-house, or in tandem with other law firms, to handle almost any legal matter facing a local or state government.
